My name_is Daryn Arai, I am a resident of Hilo and if you don't mind, I'll go ahead and speak on behal=f of the applicant, Kelly Kagimoto. If that is okay with you? Mrs. Kagimoto is available to answer any questions that I may not be able to answer so I appreciate her being in attendance as well but otherwise I'll be responsible addressing all of the items during this proceeding. Mrs. Kagimoto and her family has operated Kagimoto's convenience store which is located just to the south of the subject properties. She's been there for 15 years and in those 15 years she's established herself as a respected member of the community both in business and as a resident.
