.....0 .. 14 <br />.4 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAIII STATE OF HAWAI'l <br />RESOLUTION NO. :144 21 <br />0 0 A• 9 0 A <br />A A <br />J. a A <br />• A - <br />WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease <br />or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal <br />year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year leases for five (5) <br />years, for two (2) copy machines for the Department of Parks and Recreation; and <br />WHEREAS, these copiers will be utilized by the Department of Parks and <br />Recreation, Elderly Activities Division, Coordinated Service Section staff in Hilo and <br />Kona; now therefore, <br />1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into five (5) year lease <br />agreements for the equipment as indicated above, for the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation. <br />2. That sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years to cover the <br />anticipated obligations of the County under the terms of the agreement. <br />
