<br /> acquisition of lands and/or conservation easements for all or a portion of parcels
<br /> identified as tax map keys (3) 5-7-002:011, (3) 5-7-002:027, (3) 5-7-002:036,
<br /> (3) 5-7-002:037, (3) 5-7-003:001, (3) 5-7-003:002, (3) 5-7-003:003, (3) 5-7-
<br /> 003:007, (3) 5-7-003:008, (3) 5-7-003:010, and (3) 5-7-003:018, also known as
<br /> Mdhukona Properties, utilizing the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural
<br /> Resources Preservation Fund.
<br /> Attached is a resolution to authorize the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for the
<br /> acquisition of lands and/or conservation easements for all or a portion of parcels identified as tax
<br /> map keys (3) 5-7-002:011, (3) 5-7-002:027, (3) 5-7-002:036, (3) 5-7-002:037, (3) 5-7-003:001,
<br /> (3) 5-7-003:002, (3) 5-7-003:003, (3) 5-7-003:007, (3) 5-7-003:008, (3) 5-7-003:010, and (3) 5-
<br /> 7-003:018, also known as Mdhukona Properties, situated in the district of North Kohala in the
<br /> ahupua`a of Kaoma, Hihiu, Mdhukona, Kamano, Kou, and Kapa`anui utilizing the Public
<br /> Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund, pursuant to Chapter 2, Article
<br /> 42, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended).
