Tokuuke of Council District 3 to the Real Property Tax Board of Review. Mr. Tokuuke, a life-long resident of Hawaii Island, is well known for his energetic community engagement as Rotary Club of Hilo Bay President, Aloha Exchange Club of East Hawaii President, Hilo High Alumni President (and active member of the Foundation Board), University of Hawaii at Hilo Alumni President and Vulcan Booster Member! This, along with a successful career as Vice President of Paul's Enterprises, Ltd. in Hilo. I respectfully request that Mr. Tokuuke's nomination be waived through committee and be placed on the June 16, 2021 full council agenda, in order to fill the vacant seat on the board prior to the July meeting.
