Tokuuke of Council District 3 to the Real Property Tax <br /> Board of Review. <br /> Mr. Tokuuke, a life-long resident of Hawaii Island, is well known for his energetic community <br /> engagement as Rotary Club of Hilo Bay President, Aloha Exchange Club of East Hawaii <br /> President, Hilo High Alumni President (and active member of the Foundation Board), University <br /> of Hawaii at Hilo Alumni President and Vulcan Booster Member!
