I <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br />diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br />interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br />WHEREAS, Council District 5 has various park facilities in need of maintenance and/or <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br />fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and/or improvement projects in Council District 5. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $13,313 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />• <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Transfer to Capital Projects Fund -G <br />341 Misc.
