4*4 OF <br />COUNTY OF HAWAM STATE OF HAWAFI <br />RESOLUTION NO. :156 21 <br />0 0 k 0. a A 0 1 0 A <br />A A A <br />A <br />0 — <br />WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease <br />year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year leases for five (5) <br />years, for four (4) copy machines for the Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, these copiers will be utilized by the Police Department personnel in <br />Hilo and Kona; and <br />WHEREAS, the current copier leases will expire on June 30, 2021, now therefore, <br />14:81112:1 <br />1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into five (5) year lease <br />agreements for the equipment as indicated above, for the Police <br />2. That sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years to cover the <br />anticipated obligations of the County under the terms of the agreement. <br />
