IIIe <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT <br /> The boundaries of the territory which is proposed for <br /> inclusion in the Community Facilities Districts located at <br /> Kaloko and Kohanaiki, North Kona, Hawaii, are shown on the map <br /> entitled "Proposed Kaloko Heights Sewer Community Facilities <br /> District Boundaries", attached hereto as Exhibit "C" o The <br /> attached map shows the entire area of land proposed to be <br /> included within the Community Facilities District . <br /> IV, <br /> DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS/PLANS SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The Special Improvements consist of a sewer line extension <br /> and related improvements to connect PETITIONER' S Project as well <br /> as the Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation' s Kaloko <br /> Heights Affordable Housing project, extending west within the <br /> existing rights-of-way of Hina Lani Street and Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway to the existing sewer line within the Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway fronting the West Hawaii Civic Centers <br /> The sewer line extension will be an all gravity system <br /> located within the existing rights-of-way of Hina Lani Street <br /> and Ane Keohokalole Highway. The sewer line improvements will <br /> consist of approximately 12, 115 linear feet of an 8-inch to 12- <br /> inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer pipe, 39 sewer manholes and <br /> 11 laterals to properties adjacent to Hina Lani Street and Ane <br /> 5 <br />
