The Backup Special Tax for a TMKParcel shall not change once <br />a TMK Parcel is classified as Developed Property; provided, <br />however, that the Backup Special Tax on a TMK Parcel of <br />Developed Property shall increase each July I by an amount <br />equal to two percent (2.0/) of the amount in effect for the prior <br />Fiscal Year. <br />3) Multiple Land Use Classes on a TMK Parcel <br />In some instances, a TMK Parcel of Developed Property may <br />contain more than one Land Use Class. The Maximum Special <br />Tax levied on such TMK Parcel shall be the sum of the Maximum <br />Special Tax for all Units of Single Family Property and Acres of <br />Other Residential Property and Non -Residential Property (based <br />on the pro rata share of Square Footage between Other Residential <br />Property and Non -Residential Property, according to the applicable <br />Building Permits, Final Plat Map, parcel map, condominium plan, <br />or other recorded County map) located on that TMK Parcel. <br />b. Final Mapped Property, Undeveloped Property, and Taxable <br />Property Owner Association Property <br />The Maximum Special Tax for Final Mapped Property, Undeveloped <br />Property, and Taxable Property Owner Association Property in Tax Zone <br />1 shall be $11,298 per Acre in Fiscal Year 2021-22, which amount shall <br />increase on July 1, 2022, and each July 1 thereafter by an amount equal to <br />two percent (2.0%) of the amount in effect for the prior Fiscal Year. <br />2. Tax Zone 2 <br />a. Developed Property <br />No Special Tax shall be levied on Developed Property in Tax Zone 2. <br />b. Final Mapped Property, Undeveloped Property, and Taxable <br />Property Owner Association Property <br />The Maximum Special Tax for Final Mapped Property, Undeveloped <br />Property, and Taxable Property Owner Association Property in Tax Zone <br />2 shall be $22,596 per Acre in Fiscal Year 2021-22, which amount shall <br />increase on July 1, 2022, and each July 1 thereafter by an amount equal to <br />two percent (2.0%) of the amount in effect for the prior Fiscal Year. <br />Hawai'i County CFD No. 1-2021 11 June 23, 2021 <br />
