Description of Authorized Improvements <br />The Improvements to be funded for the Proposed District shall consist of a sewer line <br />extension and related improvements beginning at the west (makai) boundary of the Project, <br />extending makai within Hina Lani Street and then along Ane Keohokdlole Highway to the <br />existing sewer line terminus in the vicinity of the West Hawaii Civic Center.
