No. 297/Bill No. 47 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:30 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 47, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 47, transmitted by Council Chair Maile M.
