The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of <br /> Resolution No. 163-21, material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is <br /> underscored. <br /> 1. The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS, "the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into a multi-year lease for [five (5)] <br /> two 2 years, for one (1) copy machine for the Planning Department; and" <br /> 2. The enacting clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a two 2 year lease <br /> agreement for the equipment as indicated above, for the Planning Department." <br /> A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 163-21, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted due to the limited <br /> scope of this amendment.
