Funds of up to $100,000 will be used <br /> to implement a Health Literacy Program that will advance COVID-19 and general health <br /> literacy efforts to reach minority and underserved populations on Hawaii Island. <br /> The Department of Research and Development respectfully requests that a breach be <br /> authorized to submit this resolution after the July 1, 2021 submission deadline, and to <br /> waive it from the Finance Committee and be placed on the July 21, 2021 Council agenda <br /> to expedite this process.
