ANDREWS: So, let me just take a look at the background to make sure. I have a, there was a
kind of a timeline included in the background and the last ordinance was granted on July sorry
excuse me October ninth (91h), twenty thirteen (2013). Which allowed for a 7-year time
extension at that time.
GALIMBA: Thank you, that's all.
REPLOGLE: Anything further? Yes, Mr. Au?
AU: So, I was reading the background report and there's Exhibit five (5), I can barely read it.
But can you just tell me the history of that opposition, it seems like an opposition letter, it was a
handwritten letter that's really vague. I can't really, can you just explain that please.
ANDREWS: Yes, Commissioner Au. So, Exhibit 5 is a letter that came in from the public from
a neighbor to this property and it was a, you want me to summarize the content of the letter?
AU: Yeah, please I can't read it.
ANDREWS: Okay, yeah, it's handwritten. Essentially the neighbor states that they own the
property adjacent to the subject lot and live in the house on the hill. They own, sorry, they state
they understood that the applicant was going to make a pasture on the subject parcel and that
they're not sure why that didn't happen. They're asking why it didn't happen and also that they
oppose the request for an extension unless it is they don't want anything done with the property
unless it's for agricultural purposes. They are concerned about traffic and noise and potential
crime in the area. There was a response, I don't know if you saw that from the applicant to this
letter also included in the background. Does that sufficiently summarize?
AU: Yes, yes, I just I couldn't read it,but I did see the response I just couldn't read it and just
wanted to know what it was about. Thank you.
REPLOGLE: If there's nothing further from the Commission we will move on to the applicant's
presentation, Henry Correa the Third (III), agent for the applicant, Jonathan Correa, agent for the
applicant and Hank Correa Jr. the applicant. Would you please raise your right hand?
REPLOGLE: Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth on the matter before the Windward
Planning Commission?
CORREA III: I do.
CORREA JR.: I do.
REPLOGLE: Yes?
CORREA III: Yes.
4
EXHIBIT C(DRAFT)
