The applicant shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br /> rules, regulations and requirements; <br /> [,S An annual progress report shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br /> anniversary date of the effective date of the amendment to the ordinance. The <br /> report shall include, but not be limited to, the status of the development and the <br /> extent to which the conditions of approval are being satisfied. This condition <br /> shall remain in effect until all of the conditions of approval have been complied <br /> with and the Planning Director acknowledges that further reports are not required; <br /> and <br /> [T7]R. If the applicant should require an additional extension of time, the Planning <br /> Director shall submit the applicant's request to the County Council for appropriate <br /> action. <br /> S. Should any of the conditions not be met or substantially complied with in a timely <br /> fashion, the Planning Director may initiate rezoning of the area to its original or <br /> more appropriate designation. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. <br /> SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
