The proposed amendments are shown in <br /> Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 176-21, material to be <br /> deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored. <br /> The first RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that henceforth, all donations within the current fiscal year(FY2022) that are not covered <br /> by the capitalization procedures (of the Department of Finance) shall be deemed accepted <br /> by the Hawaii County Council, on behalf of the County of Hawaii, upon receipt by the <br /> County, provided that at the end of each [fisea]-y ] quarter a report of the donations <br /> received is submitted to the Council by the Finance Director." <br /> A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 176-21, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted <br /> due to the limited scope of this amendment.
