COUNTY OF HAWAIII <br />STATE OF HAWAIII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11-83 -21 <br />A A <br />A A A A A <br />A A A <br />WHEREAS, SSFIVI International is donating twelve (12) Air -gain antenna and <br />cradle point units, and associated hardware; and <br />WHEREAS, this equipment, with an estimated value of approximately <br />$34,068.56, will be utilized by the Hawaii County Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides <br />that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donations of money, <br />securities or other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate, and <br />Chapter 2, Article 30, Section 2-162 (a) of the Hawaii County Code states that any gifts <br />or donations of money, securities, or personal property which fall within the capitalization <br />procedures of the Department of Finance, may be accepted by resolution approved by <br />the Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Police Department recommends the acceptance <br />of this donation; now, therefore, <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter, and <br />Chapter 2, Article 30, Section 2-162(a) of the Hawaii County Code, the Council of the <br />County of Hawaii accepts this donation. <br />
