The proposed amendments are <br /> shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 189-21, <br /> material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is <br /> underscored. <br /> The first WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS,the Department of Finance wishes to enter into a multi-year <br /> agreement for [three (3)] six 6 years with the State of Hawaii Employees' Retirement <br /> System (ERS); and" <br /> A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 189-21, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted <br /> due to the limited scope of this amendment.
