Sako via Communication No. 353, <br /> dated July 30, 2021, authorizes the acceptance of a monetary donation of$2,094.40 to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation. <br /> The donation from Big Island Candies would be used to support the department's Elderly Activities <br /> division's Nutrition Home Delivered Meals program. <br /> There was no discussion on the measure. <br /> Pursuant to Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter,the Council may accept gifts of donations of <br /> money, securities or other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate.
