The proposed amendment is <br /> illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 57, Draft 3; material to be <br /> deleted is bracketed and stricken and new material is underscored. <br /> SECTION 1 of Bill No. 57, Draft 3, Condition C, is amended as follows: <br /> "C.
