The funding to provide $21,200.10 <br /> to provide indentification of productive and adaptable varieties of garlicto provide local growers with another <br /> crop that has great economic potential, benefiting both the agricultural and food industries in Hawaii County. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED <br /> Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §46-7, the County may enter into agreements with "any public body" <br /> with the consent of Council.
