These funds will be used by the <br /> Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD)to support the implementation <br /> of a homeowner assistance fund program for eligible households that are financially <br /> impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $39,500 grant. The OHCD respectfully requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee, to be placed on the September 22, 2021 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> the receipt of these funds.
