DEDICATION DEED(PHASE 2)
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> BY THIS DEDICATION DEED, made this day of 2021, by and
<br /> between MOANIALA HOLDINGS, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, whose mailing
<br /> address is 616 Moaniala Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, hereinafter called the "Grantor", and the
<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII, a municipal corporation of the State of Hawaii,whose principal place of
<br /> business and mailing address is 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, hereinafter called the
<br /> "Grantee", for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)and other
<br /> valuable consideration paid by the Grantee,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, for public roadway
<br /> purposes in fee simple, forever, the following real property situate in the Hilo Hillside Estates
<br /> Subdivision:

<br /> Street),identified as TMK No.(3)2-4-082:129;Lot 69(Kilakila Place),
<br /> identified as TMK No. (3) 2-4-082:130; Lot 70 (Palekana Place),
<br /> identified as TMK No. (3)2-4-082:131;Lot 71 (Luna Way), identified
<br /> as TMK No, (3)2-4-082:132;Lot 72(W. Kawailani Street), identified "
<br /> as TMK No, (3) 2-4-082:133; and Lot 73 (Kuku Place), identified as
<br /> TMK No. (3) 2-4-082:134; together with the following easements for
<br /> drainage and maintenance purposes, identified as:Easement 1,being a
<br /> portion of Lot 4 identified as TMK No. (3)2-4-082:065;Easement 8,
<br /> being a portion of Lot 18 identified as TMK No. (3) 2-4-082:079;
<br /> Easement 14,being a portion of Lot 23 identified as TMK No.(3)2-4-
<br /> 082:084;Easement 39,being a portion of Lot 51 identified as TMK No.
<br /> (3) 2-4-082:112; together with an easement for access purposes to
<br /> Drainage Easement 304 located on Map 109 of Ld. Ct. App. 1205;

<br /> 082:114;and Easement 54,being a portion of Lot 65 identified as TMK
<br /> No. (3) 2-4-082:126, situated at Kukuau 1 st, South Hilo, Island and
<br /> County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, as more particularly described in
<br /> Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, and by
<br /> reference made a part hereof, said lots and easements set forth in Phase
<br /> 2 being subject to the encumbrances described in Exhibit"C".
