I <br /> t <br /> i <br /> i <br /> "Assigned Special Tax" means the Special Tax for each Land Use Class of Developed <br /> Property, as determined in accordance with Section C.I.a.I below. <br /> i <br /> "Authorized Improvements" means those facilities that are authorized to be funded by <br /> CFD No. 1-2021. <br /> "Backup Special Tax" means the Special Tax for each Land Use Class of Developed <br /> Property, as determined in accordance with Section C.La.2 below. <br /> "Bonds" means bonds or other debt pursuant to Article 6 of the Code, whether in one or <br /> more series, issued, incurred, or assumed to fund Authorized Improvements. <br /> "Buildable Lot" means an individual lot within a Final Plat Map, for which a Building <br /> Permit may be issued without further subdivision of such lot. <br /> "Building Permit" means a single permit or set of permits required to construct a <br /> residential or non-residential structure, other than a permit issued for a foundation, <br /> parking, landscaping, or other related facility or amenity if a building permit has not yet <br /> been issued for the structure served by these facilities or amenities. <br /> "Capitalized Interest" means funds in any capitalized interest account available to pay <br /> interest on Bonds. <br /> "CFD Administrator" means the person or firm designated by the County to administer <br /> the Special Taxes according to this RMA. <br /> "CFD Formation" means the date on which the Ordinance of Formation became <br /> effective. <br /> "Code" means the Community Facilities Districts Code (1994, Ord. No. 94-77, sec. 3), <br /> being Chapter 32 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2009 Edition, as amended). <br /> "County" means the County of Hawaii. <br /> "County Council" means the County Council of the County of Hawaii. <br /> "Developed Property" means, for each Fiscal Year, all Taxable Property, exclusive of <br /> Final Mapped Property and Taxable Property Owner Association Property, for which a <br /> Building Permit for new construction was issued prior to March I of the preceding Fiscal <br /> Year. <br /> I <br /> "Development Plan" means a site plan or other development plan, which may be <br /> updated from time to time, that identifies such information as the type of structure, <br /> acreage, and/or square footage that is approved to be developed on Taxable Property <br /> within CFD No. 1-2021. <br /> I <br /> 3 <br /> I <br /> Hawai'i County CFD No. 1-2021 2 June 23,2021 <br />
