S.D. 1 <br /> 1 of the facility or facilities transferred by the agreement <br /> 2 pursuant to this part. <br /> 3 The county will retain administrative oversight over <br /> matters, including but not limited to contracting matters; <br /> 5 assurance of full compliance with state and federal mandates; <br /> receipt of fines; and oversight of federal labor and performance <br /> 7 bonds . <br /> 8 946-C Approvals required. Any documents associated with <br /> 9 the transfer of a wastewater facility or facilities under this <br /> 10 part shall be subject to review by the corporation counsel, <br /> 11 director of environmental management, and the director of <br /> 12 finance in their capacity to advise the mayor. <br /> 13 946-D Real property; terms and conditions.
