The Council originally confirmed Ms. Cabanas in <br /> February of 2021 and she is now eligible for a full five-year term. <br /> As noted previously, Ms. Cabanas, a lifelong resident of Hawaii,retired from the County of <br /> Hawaii, Department of Human Resources, after over 37 years of incredible service, managing <br /> many complex issues and overseeing the administration of the Recruitment and Examination <br /> Division. <br /> Gabriella is an active member of the Zonta Club of Hilo and the Hawaii Island Portuguese <br /> Chamber of Commerce.
