The Council originally confirmed Mr. <br /> Doolittle in July of 2017 and he is eligible to succeed himself for an additional five-year term. <br /> As noted previously, Mr. Doolittle served in the US Army from 1962-1970. He is a retired <br /> independent real estate developer, investor, and businessman. He currently owns Mystic Palm <br /> Plantation, a veteran's vocational training center in Hakalau.
