Additional funding is <br /> being provided by the State to purchase replacement computers. The Department of <br /> Finance Vehicle Registration& Licensing division requests that these appropriations be <br /> increased by an additional $1,736 ($868 in PMVI and $868 in CDL). <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by <br /> appropriating these additional funds into the Finance Department's Periodic Motor <br /> Vehicle Inspection (PMVI) Pgm Eqpt account bringing the total appropriation to $2,002 <br /> and into the Finance Department's Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Program Eqpt <br /> account bringing the total appropriation to $1,268. <br /> We respectfully request that this bill be waived from Finance Committee and be placed <br /> on the December 8, 2021 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to contact Naomi O'Dell of the Finance <br /> Department's Vehicle Registration& Licensing Division at 961-8021. <br /> Deanna S.
