Roth, dated November 18, 2021, <br /> submitting for the Council's review and confirmation the nomination of Michael Hughes of <br /> Council District 7 to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board. <br /> Executive Assistant Pomaika`i Bartolome was present in Hilo Council Chambers and introduced <br /> the nominee who appeared from the Kona Council Office. <br /> Council Member Heather Kimball commented in favor of the nominee's appointment.
