BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED <br /> We would authorizatibn of payment of funds for more than one fiscal year for a new:printer lease for the <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Hilo office. The lease would be for(60) months. We are seeking the <br /> replacement of a multi-function printer for the Hilo office. The current multi-function printer was purchased in <br /> 2016 which maintenance is no longer available as the machines are at the "end of life". The printer is critical " <br /> to print color photos used for trial and discovery. The total monthly lease will cost approximately$80/month <br /> with an approximate $20/month in copy charges for a total of$1,200/year.
