Mr. Herbert brings decades of experience in results- <br /> oriented management, and hands-on involvement in long-range planning, budget development <br /> and control, operations, logistics, and personnel management. <br /> Mr. Herbert is an active member of the Hawaii Society of Professional Engineers, the Pauka`a <br /> Community Association and the Hawaii Island Veterans Memorial Project, to name a few.
