Creates the ability to collect the 3%. Added in lifting the <br /> 3% tax on the amount that each county can impose on the TAT We have limited <br /> ability to generate revenue at the county level. Hopefully lower taxes for local people. <br /> Gives each county flexibility. <br /> Ion Okudara: Under the current TAT law they create separate accounts.
