It does <br /> apply for a State Land Use Boundary Amendment. This project, I believe has done an <br /> Environmental Review and has received a finding of no significant impact. Therefore, the <br /> Commission could conclude that the impacts to the land have been considered,but I will leave <br /> that to you guys to discuss if you would like to the public trust doctrine. <br /> REPLOGLE: Thank you.
