No. 267. As stated on the evaluation for Cave <br /> Conservancy of Hawaii, we have concerns about proposed use which could trigger HRS §343 <br /> compliance. <br /> Unfortunately we cannot recommend your proposal at this time as there are certain prerequisites, <br /> such as conducting an environmental assessment that must accomplished and provided <br /> concerning HRS §343 compliance.
