LLC (LP). Effective November 2, 2018, the County of Hawaii approved i <br /> change of Zone Ordinance No. 18-115 which amended the conditions of approval for <br /> the 186.733 acres of industrial-Commercial Mixed (MCX-20) and 85.733 acres of j <br /> General Industrial (MG-1 a) that were rezoned pursuant to Ordinance No. 04-110. The I <br /> project area is shown on E=xhibit 1 and is known as West Hawaii Business Park <br /> (WHSP). <br /> WHBP LLC through its Managing Member, Lanihau Properties LLC, is requesting an <br /> amendment to Condition J of Ordinance 18-115 and new conditions `O" and "P" and the <br /> renumbering of the remaining conditions. More specifically, LP is requesting that <br /> Condition J be amended as follows, <br /> J. Prier to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy of any structure within the <br /> project area, except as provided in Condition K, L, [and] M, N, and 0 below, <br /> KamanU Street E=xtension shall be constructed and available for use across the <br /> entire project area.
