The Mitigation Report was <br /> submitted to SHPD in 2004. <br /> Implementing the required elements of the Burial Treatment Plan which was <br /> approved by SHPD on January 20, 2008. <br /> Developed the necessary environmental compliance documents that were <br /> required by the LUC. conditions, including the Pollution Prevention Plan, Design <br /> Guidelines and the WHBP Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. <br /> Secured the necessary water units for the full development of WHBP with the <br /> completion and dedication of the Palani Well improvements and land to the <br /> County Department of Water Supply (DWS) at a cost of more than $8 million. <br /> Dedication of the well to DWS was finalized in July 2015. <br /> Acquired development and access rights for the portions of Kamanu Street <br /> Extension within Kaloko Industrial (TSA Corporation) and Honokohau industrial <br /> properties (TotahlWilton and McClean). <br /> Completed design of the Kar-nanu Street Extension improvements be,-ween <br /> Kaloko Industrial area and Honokohau industrial area; approved by DPUU in l <br /> January 2015. <br /> Secured grading permits for the mass grading of building pads and read <br /> i <br /> alignments within a portion of the MCX-20 areas with the material being used for <br /> the Queen Kaahumanu Highway widening project. <br /> l <br /> Coordinated with the State Department of Transportation to allow the relocation <br /> of the main entrance to WHBP to coincide with the existing driveway to the <br /> Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park on Queen Kaahumanu Highway via <br /> Klmo Drive (South Access Road) as well as the construction of a neve access <br /> road within Kaula'ili Street (North Access Road) with right-inlright-out movements <br /> only. <br /> In 2018 the County approved the requested amendment to Condition K pursuant to <br /> Ordinance No. 18-115.
