BOEDEKKER: Okay, the Advisory Board really serves to the pleasure of the Foundation, not the Kumu Hou project, although we will definitely make our recommendations, as I was talking about earlier, with ways that we can help the community, the workforce housing, community be integrated into Waikoloa. But really, the goal of the Advisory Board is to listen to the overall community not just Waikoloa Beach Resort,but in general. We have this endowment that possibly could be coming to the foundation, a substantial endowment that needs to be directed to the proper community needs. So, I've put, assembled a foundation and advisory group that really is connected to many different aspects in the, in the community that will help us put the funds in the proper location.
