(PL-REZ-2021-000004) <br /> APPLICANTS' REQUEST <br /> 1. Proposed Development: The applicant has submitted a multi-permit application to <br /> implement the proposed Kumu Hou at Waikoloa (Kumu Hou) Master Plan within three <br /> (3) non-contiguous areas totaling approximately 182.9 acres of land situated mauka of the <br /> King's Highway Foot Trail (King's Trail) and makai of Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway. <br /> The proposed Kumu Hou project would include the following components (see Figure 2 <br /> of the application): <br /> • 1,164 multi-family residential timeshare units (See Figures 9 & 10 of the application). <br /> • 25 single-family residential lots. (See Figure 9 of the application) <br /> • Community support facilities including up to 40,000 square feet of community <br /> center(s) (with private pool and other recreational facilities) in support of the <br /> timeshare facilities, a 3,000 square-foot convenience retail center, and up to 32,000 <br /> square-foot operations center to support back-of-the house housekeeping and general <br /> -2- <br />
