It is already zoned RM-6,with the basic infrastructure(water and sewer) <br /> readily available. <br /> Our goal is to have someone like Mr.Cares company develop the project in accordance <br /> with appropriate County Affordable Housing guidelines. We would provide the land and the <br /> needed water and sewer allocation,the cost of which would be offset by the Kumu Hou project. <br /> Along those lines,we have already executed a Letter of Intent(LOI)with Mr. Carr,a copy of <br /> which is attached for your information. The LOI generally outlines our respective obligations <br /> and understandings. <br /> We were pleased of your interest and support of such a project.
