BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Department of Liquor Control, West Hawaii Office, moved from the West Hawaii Civic Center to <br /> Hanama Place in Kailua-Kona on July 1, 2021. These new offices are neither internet-ready nor VoIP-ready <br /> but a vital part of this department's effective communication and productivity. Supply and service vendors <br /> estimated 3—4 months to complete the project. Unable to complete this major purchase in the late months <br /> of FY21 and with the lead time needed to receive the equipment with installation services, a requisition was <br /> submitted as soon as possible after the new FY22 began.
