IV OF <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -•i. k STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> !f.f MV:W .. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 330 22 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER <br /> FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEA FOR MULTI- <br /> YEAR LEASES FOR THREE (3) WASHERS AND (3) DRYERS FOR THE <br /> OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease <br /> or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal <br /> year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year leases for seven <br /> (7) years, for three (3) washers and (3) dryers for the Office of Housing and Community <br /> Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, these appliances will be utilized by the Office of Housinci and <br /> Community Development at Kulaimano Elderly Housing located at 28-1947 Kumula <br /> Street, Pepe`ekeo, HI 96783; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing machines are frequently breaking and are in need of <br /> constant repair; now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWA I'l: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into seven (7) year lease <br /> agreements for the appliances as indicated above, for the Office of <br /> Housing and Community Development. <br />
