BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS.NEEDED) The State of Hawaii, Department of Budget and Finance is providing the County of Havvar i through the Office of Housing and Community Development federal funds as appropriated in Section 501, Title V, Subtitle A, of Division N Additional Coronavirus Response and Relief, P.L. 116-260, to provide funding to.support the Emergency Rent Assistance Program COVID-19. The County will use funds to help eligible,households.
