The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) <br /> received"in-lieu" fees from Wainani Estates Subdivision Ph1 and Kona Op Partnership <br /> Housing, as well as interest income. The funds will be maintained separately and will be <br /> expended in accordance with the requirements of their respective housing agreements. <br /> The OHCD is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be <br /> placed on the March 9, 2022 Council Agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these <br /> funds.
