These funds will be used for <br /> payment of the costs of acquiring and constructing the sewer improvements and for <br /> payment of incidental expenses incurred with respect to the Kaloko Heights Project. <br /> We respectfully request that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee end be <br /> placed on the March 9, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite this process.
