properties within the District for purposes of the RMA. Without limiting the generality of the <br /> foregoing, the Developer will provide information and documentation regarding Expected Land Use <br /> Changes and Expected Uses of its properties within the District that are not Developed Property, as <br /> required by the RMA, and such other information and documentation as the CFD Administrator may <br /> reasonably request regarding the Developer's properties in connection with the Special Tax levy.
