He attended Pahoa <br /> Elementary and High School and graduated from the Hawai'i National Guard Youth Challenge <br /> Academy in 1999. His desire is to serve his community by being more involved and aware of <br /> future development and the impact it may have on families and community. <br /> Mr. Dela Cruz has participated in volunteerism with the Ironman Triathalon, Highway and Park <br /> cleanups and serves as Coach for both soccer and the North Hawai'i Little League Association. <br /> We believe Michael would be a great asset to our Leeward Planning Commission. <br /> If confirmed, he will serve as the At Large-N.
