The first is for State Land Use Boundary Amendment, and an associated Change of Zone. The subject property is located in the North Kona District of Hawai`i Island. For reference we've got Hawai`i Belt Road, or Mamalahoa Highway,running generally north-south through the slide. The subject property is located here indicated by the red star.
