The funds will be used for rental assistance for eligible participants in <br /> the program. In the current fiscal year's budget, $21,000,000 is appropriated for this <br /> grant. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the <br /> additional funds into the Office of Housing and Community Development's.Voucher <br /> Rental Subsidies account, bringing the total grant appropriation to $21,450,000:. <br /> The OHCD requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee, to be placed on <br /> the March 23, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
