REQUEST: <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for a digital <br /> multi-function copier for the Department of Environmental Management Administration, Kona Office. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDE <br /> A color copier is needed for the new Environmental Management office at Hanama Place in Kona. The <br /> copier will be used by the Director, Kona Wastewater Division Staff and Kona Solid Waste Division Staff. The <br /> copier will be used for copying, scanning, printing and faxing. Color copies are needed for Wastewater <br /> Engineers who frequently need to print reports, maps, and photographs in color. <br /> The copier will be leased for a period of 5 years.
