The OHCD expects program income received or anticipated to be received <br /> during the program year to provide a total of$2,700,000 of CDBG funds. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and submit the 2022 County of <br /> Hawaii Annual Action Plan and all other related documents to HUD. Also enclosed is a <br /> bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $2,700,000 in <br /> anticipation of receiving these funds. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this resolution and bill <br /> be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 20, 2022 Council <br /> agenda in order to meet HUD's submission deadline.
