Sako via Communication No. 702 <br /> dated March 17, 2022, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal <br /> year for a multi-year license agreement of real property for the County of Hawaii Department of Parks <br /> and Recreation with the St. Jude's Episcopal Church located at 92-8606 Paradise Circle, Hawaiian <br /> Ocean View Estates, in Ka`u, Hawaii. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year license agreement with an approximate <br /> monthly cost of$475.
